Stone Tackle products are warranted for 6-months from the date of purchase against manufacturer's defects only. Proof of purchase and photo evidence of defect is required for all warranty claims. To submit a claim, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not offer exchanges at this time but we do offer a limited 14-day return policy for all Stone Tackle orders. We will not pay for return shipping and products must be shipped back to us in new, unused condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging. You're welcome to open your package and inspect the product, but we can not accept a return if the product shows signs of use. Proof of purchase is necessary and refund will only be issued after the product is received and inspected. To initiate a return, please email us at email@example.com.
We're more than happy to help you find your Stone Tackle Order. We always send tracking information to the email address on your account when your order ships and you can always log into your account to retrieve your tracking information. If you've recently moved or changed your address, there is a good chance your box was forwarded by the USPS or returned to us.
